1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Afiam ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Afiam is a mobile application for store management, providing tools for inventory tracking, sales processing, customer management, expense tracking, and business analytics.

Afiam offers several subscription options to suit different business needs:

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Premium Plus):

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Wallet Credits (PAYG)

For Pay-As-You-Go users:

• Wallet top-ups are consumable purchases that add credits to your account.
• Credits are automatically deducted at 1 credit per sale when you process a transaction.
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
• Wallet credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• You can purchase additional credits at any time through the App Store.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

For Subscriptions:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

For Wallet Credits: Wallet credits are non-refundable once purchased.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of Afiam is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of Afiam, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter into the App
• Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding business operations
• Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Afiam for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that Afiam will be available at all times without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Afiam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the App.

12. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Afiam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or website. Your continued use of Afiam after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
